We pulled up to the house. It intrigued
me due to the mid century style and contemporary lines. This is from the backyard looking towards the house.
It has tons of natural light.
We pulled the trigger and put in an offer. And went to Hopdoddy’s for lunch to celebrate. This place is so delish.
I had a phenomenal ahi tuna burger.
And a salted caramel milkshake.
J had a burger.
Seriously. A++++++
We retreated back to our hotel, Kimber Modern, excited. This is a great hotel. Highly highly recommend. Super well situated. Walking distance to all of South Congress.
The central courtyard was beautiful and tranquil.
With great hammocks.
And they had happy hour with serve yourself all you can drink beer and wine. Awesome!!
We had some super fun time with friends too!
I met up with Jenni, my blestie (blogger bestie) from Story of My Life at Clive Bar. Super fun! It was kinda funny, while getting ready, I was nervous, feeling like I was getting ready for a first date.
She is even prettier and nicer in person. Here is a fun pic:
And we also caught up with some old friends for a karaoke bday celebration. Once again, we did the karaoke sandwich. We started at Highball, then ate, then went to New Seoul Karaoke.
We also met up with my super cool internship bud, C, for brunch at Moonshine.
I went strong.
Someone went too hard the night before and could only manage down some fruit.
Oh Austin, you bring out the crazy partier in us all.
and meanwhile, we waited to hear back about our offer…..
xoxo, CBO
I can see why you liked that house. VERY cool! 🙂 Love all your pictures… especially the one about your new blestie!! 😛
Also, I’ve never been to Hopdaddy but I’ve heard good things. Must go.
